The flavor was Not expected, but the cheese was molten the all beef dog yummy, but the magic is in the coating , honey mustard ketchup and a light dusting of sugar i think on a crisp thin golden fried coating . Now the chicken ! Original coating was like crispy skin candy . Great crunch, and the moist chicken interior was brined to perfection. Also, the soy garlic flavor was super delightful. “ This place serves the best chicken!!! We originally come from Vancouver Wa, so I have tried many chicken places, and even Dave's chicken can not compare. They make everything fresh and fast and even serve you. (their freshly honey mustard is AMAZING). We stumbled upon this hole in the wall last year, we were craving it so much that we had it again this year during our visit. The biggest and best impression was Melvin. We loved his service last year when we visited. We were very sad and really shocked to hear that he was not the owner but a manager. He truly cares about the business and about customers. He is a very strong asset to the business. ”

If you think that Junior Chickens from McDonald is spicy, you will not make it through this spicy chicken. You can also ask to have the flavouring or sauce on the side in a small cup just in case you want to dip your chicken in the sauce yourself. The staff here are extremely friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which makes for a welcoming environment. Compared to other Korean Fried Chicken places in Victoria, Smile Chicken stands out. Located in Downtown, it’s an ideal spot for a quick trip for a bite. Plus, I love supporting local businesses, and this one really delivers. Overall, I highly recommend Smile Chicken to anyone in the area looking for mouthwatering Korean Fried Chicken. ”

The location is kind of neat because you can people watch while eating. Seats are spaced out nicely so you aren't so close to the table next to you that it's uncomfortable. The classic corn dog is amazing. If you're feeling adventurous, give the potato corn dog a try, it's worth checking out! ”
